LEADERS TAKE THE 2021 REMOTE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT

Self-assessments take 15-minutes or less on any device. A personalized, 30-page report is generated (for immediate download) for each participant.

OPTIONAL WALK-THROUGHS

One-hour, individual walk-throughs with each assessment-taker to provide additional insights on their results are available.

COHORT REPORT(S) AND WALK-THROUGH(S)

Cohort reports reveal organizational and team dynamics, blindspots, strengths and weaknesses. A one-and-a-half hour walk-through is included with each report.

OPTIONAL INDIVIDUAL AND TEAM COACHING

Team and/or individual coaching is available after completion of the ROLA to further executive development in key areas.
