PRODUCT TERMS

2021 REMOTE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT—PRODUCT TERMS:
 

By purchasing and using Humanry’s 2021 REMOTE LEADERSHIP ASSESSMENT ("the Assessment”), you accept all Product Terms without limitation or qualification. These Product Terms incorporate the provisions contained in Humanry’s Site Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Humanry reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Product Terms at its sole discretion, at any time. All changes are effective when posted on this website. You will be notified if any material changes, modifications or additions are made to these Product Terms. Your continued use of the Assessment means that you agree to these changes, and that you accept them.

You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Product Terms in force at the time that you use the Assessment. If any of these Product Terms are deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision or condition will be deemed severable and will not be part of these Product Terms.

INTENDED USE:

​

The Assessment is intended to be used by individual executives and leaders of corporations, age 18 years and older. The Assessment is intended for use by the same individual that purchases the assessment. 

​

Your use of the Assessment is governed by these Product Terms.

​

 

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PURPOSE:

 

The Assessment collects three types of information:

 

1. Your personal information that can identify you. This includes name, business name, email address. This information is used to generate your personalized report.
 

It may also be used to send you news or special offers (if you have elected to receive them) or perform other administrative services, such as customer service, security, tech, billing operational support, email and/or legal services as outlined in our full Privacy Policy.

 

2. General information for research purposes, including number of employees, title, and industry. This information is used for research purposes (see below).

 

3. Assessment responses. You will be asked to select responses that most align with your perceptions, behaviors, and feelings about work and leadership. Your assessment responses will be used to generate your personalized feedback report, which includes insights specific to your responses.

 

Your assessment responses and general information will be detached from personal information that can identify you, aggregated with other assessment responses, and analysed in Humanry’s ongoing leadership research.

 

Humanry will never share, sell, rent, communicate or divulge personal information that can identify you to third parties for promotional or commercial use.

ACCESSING THE ASSESSMENT, AND YOUR RESPONSES IF YOU PURCHASE THE ASSESSMENT FOR YOURSELF: 

 

  1. You will receive an Access Link via the email used during the checkout process to participate in the Assessment.
     

  2. If you do not complete the Assessment in one sitting, you may hit the “Save Progress” button, and return to your saved answers at a later time by clicking on the Access Link again.
     

  3. Upon completion of the Assessment, you will have the opportunity to download your personalized feedback report. It will also be emailed to you at the address you provide in the assessment.
     

  4. Upon completion of the Assessment and the delivery of your report via email, the Access Link will no longer function.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
 

Your assessment responses are anonymous and confidential. Only you can grant permission to share your results. The email address you enter into the assessment will be used to deliver your results by PDF. It is your responsibility to protect access to this email address in order to protect your results.

IF SOMEONE ELSE PURCHASED THE ASSESSMENT FOR YOU:

​

  1. If you did not purchase the Assessment, but have been forwarded an Access Link from an individual (and not directly from Humanry,) please note that there is an instance when that individual may access your results:

    If you do not complete the Assessment in one sitting, you may hit the “Save Progress” button, and return to your saved answers at a later time by clicking on the Access Link originally sent to you. The individual that forwarded you the Access Link may be able to review your responses by visiting that link before you have completed the Assessment. If you do not want the individual who purchased the Assessment for you to access your responses, complete the survey in one sitting.
     

  2. Upon completion of the Assessment, you will have the opportunity to download your personalized feedback report. It will also be emailed to you at the address you provide in the assessment (not the email entered during the checkout process.) It is your responsibility to protect access to the email address provided in the Assessment in order to protect the privacy of your results.
     

  3. Your results will not be shared by Humanry with the individual who purchased the Assessment.
     

 

IF YOU PURCHASE THE ASSESSMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE: 

 

If you purchase the Assessment for use by someone other than yourself through the Humanry website:
 

  1. You are responsible for complying with the Humanry’s Professional Conduct Requirements;
     

  2. Results will be emailed to the email address entered into the assessment (not the email address entered during checkout;)
     

  3. The individual who participated in the Assessment owns his or her results, regardless of whether the assessment was purchased by the individual or not, and Humanry will not share the participant’s results with the purchaser of the Assessment.
     

  4. If you wish to purchase multiple assessments for a company or division, or if you are a coach or consultant who wishes to have access to the results, please visit Humanry’s Enterprise Sales to learn about products with distinct product terms and privacy statements for this purpose.

     

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • You affirm that no partnership, joint venture, or business relationship of any kind may be formed between you and Humanry in your use of the Assessment.
     

  • You acknowledge that you are not authorized to make any representations, warranties, or guarantees on behalf of Humanry in use of the Assessment, nor shall you advertise or suggest that any services you provide are connected to or sponsored by Humanry.
     

  • You affirm that you will inform the individual participating in the Assessment in writing that you are not an authorized representative of Humanry, and that if they elect to share their assessment results with you they are subject to your privacy, security, confidentiality, and terms.
